Dosage
1 to 5 capsules a day, or as recommended by a practitioner.
Usage
To prevent cardiovascular disease (in combination with vitamins B9 and B12), relieve premenstrual syndrome symptoms and reduce pregnancy-related nausea. B6 deficiency promotes the formation of certain types of kidney stones.
Note: vitamin B6 has other recognized therapeutic uses that require medical supervision, such as hereditary sideroblastic anemia or certain metabolic disorders such as excess acid in the urine.
