What's it all about?
This set of two products is particularly recommended for treating urinary and kidney disorders, such as cystitis, nephritis, kidney stones or urethritis. The plants used are goldenrod (or solidago) and bearberry (or uva-ursi).
Bearberry is the major plant for urinary tract infections, reinforced by the effectiveness of solidago in treating the entire urinary system.
Plant properties
The medicinal properties of goldenrod goldenrod
- Astringent, antioxidant and diuretic action against urinary tract disorders: nephritis, urethritis, cystitis.
- Renal disorders: kidney and gallstones.
- Antimycotic effect: against Candida (fungus responsible for vaginal infections).
- Gastrointestinal disorders: diarrhea, gastroenteritis in children.
- Improves digestive elimination.
Medicinal properties of bearberry (uva-ursi)
- Inflammation of the urinary tract,
- incontinence and urine retention,
- urinary lithiasis,
- diarrhea, dysentery, enterocolitis, hematuria, menorrhagia, hemoptysis, leukorrhea.
Recommended dosage
During a crisis (treatment), at the first signs of cystitis for example:
- 30 drops of solidago in water, 2 times a day
- 2 to 3 bearberry capsules, 3 times a day.
Preventive care:
- 20 drops of solidago, 1 time a day.
- 1 bearberry capsule, 1 time a day.
Note
These two plants in particular have proven their curative value. So you can only use them in this situation.
To be fully effective, bearberry must be consumed when urine is alkaline. For this reason, do not combine it with fruit juices or acidic products (vitamin C). Take bearberry capsules with water.
Do not exceed 15 days with bearberry in curative dosage.
