Whatis the suggested minimum duration or number of steps that can be used with VariZapper 2.0?
Dr. Clark recommends a minimum of three 7-minute periods with 20-minute breaks in between(7-20-7-20-7-20-7; we call this "standard zapping". A variant is to zap for 60 minutes without interruption; we call this " continuous zapping". As long as there are at least three steps of at least 7 minutes in an hour, any additional number of steps is OK.
Can the device be used several times a day? If so, how much is too much in a day or a week?
There is no time limit. As a general rule, a minimum of 1 session a day over 15 days is recommended for deep deworming. Zapping 2 times a day speeds up the process. Please note, however, that no research has been carried out on very long periods of zapping (e.g. all day for several weeks), although beneficial effects have been reported with intensive sessions.
How many different programs can I use on the same day?
There is no limit. If you plan to use more than one program, we suggest you alternate between them. For example, run program A in the morning and program B in the afternoon, or at the end of the day.
What are the suggested uses and locations for bracelets? What are the suggested uses and locations for adhesive electrodes?
In general, bracelets are the most practical practical. For users with sensitive skin, we suggest the use ofelectrodes with adhesive gel, as they are less likely to cause skin reactions to the current. Electrodes with adhesive gel can be reused several times, but still need to be replaced regularly. We also offer a number ofother electrode options, such as contact fabrics (which are convenient to stick under clothing), or larger belts, with lengths ranging from 24 inches to 56 inches (or 61 cms to 142 cms). These are used to place around the legs or waist. The conductive tube electrodes can be placed under the feet, as suggested by Dr. Clark, or can be used as portable electrodes for users who, with other electrode options, cannot tolerate the current.
At terms of electrode placement, wrists are generally more convenient. However, the current could be applied just about anywhere on the body. For users of non-electronicimplants (such as titanium joints), we suggest placing the electrodes so that the current does not pass directly through the implants (we do not suggest using the VariZappeur for patients with electronic implants such as pace-makers or pumps).
.
What is the suggested voltage level and why should I use it at 10 or 15 volts? (What is the difference or effect at each voltage?)
The 9V or 10V standard is designed to be effective with everyone. It seems that going above this voltage is not more efficient, but will be more quickly effective. You may, however, feel the current.
What should I do if I start getting irritation on my wrists from the bracelets?
Move the bracelets frequently (e.g. every 20 minutes) and reduce the voltage to 9V. If the problem persists, use adhesive gel electrodes or conductive cylinders.
.
Do the bracelets have to be really wet or moistened? (Will there be resistance if they're not properly moistened?).
The material of the bracelets themselves is not conductive; only water will conduct the current. Wet your bracelets. Note also that distilled water or water with very low conductivity, such as water obtained by reverse osmosis, is not effective because it is too insulating.
What can I expect to feel during operation?
Most users feel nothing anything. Some users feel a slight tingling sensation when using the device.
.
How should I expect to feel once the zapping is over?
Because a detoxification process can be set in motion by the current, some users will experience fatigue, or common symptoms such as headache or insomnia. These side effects, if any, occur in the first few days and then fade away. We suggest drinking enough water to help the body get rid of unwanted elements.
.
Are there any other suggestions or products to make the VariZappeur 2.0 easier to use?
As far as using the VariZappeur itself is concerned, we suggest using it early and regularly (daily) to be most effective. Formaintenance, it can be used once or twice a week.
Used on its own, the VariZappeur can already be a very useful tool. However, a complete protocol is often necessary. Dr. Hulda Clark's Internal Organ Cleansing Programs( Antiparasitic Program, Kidney Cleansing, Liver Cleansing, and Intestinal Cleansing Program); other "Cleanses" - the removal of toxins from dental care, diet, body products and the environment; and herbalnutrients or supplements, as described in Dr. Hulda Clark's books. The VariZapper is compatible with all these other options.
.
Are there any books you'd suggest reading to go further with the VariZappeur?
Yes, Marco Caldi's book "Dr. Clark's Zapper: principles of use and methods of care" is by far the most comprehensive to date for understanding all the possible uses of this device, as well as Clark frequency therapy.
