Plants

• Myrtle berry bark (Myrte bâtard or pimento royal): used for a variety of purposes, traditionally to improve capillary permeability and blood circulation disorders (varicose veins). 
• Bilberry leaf: Long used as a folk remedy for various circulatory problems, bilberry leaf can help support circulatory health. On another note, bilberry leaves are used in herbal medicine for their ability to regulate blood sugar levels in the case of non-insulin-dependent diabetes.
• Bilberry: In the 80s and 90s, several studies produced encouraging results in the treatment of venous insufficiency and protection of the circulatory system. These results indicate that blueberry or bilberry extracts strengthen capillaries, improve the contractile functions of vessels and protect their walls. More recently, in 2002, a study on a population of mice confirmed these results; bilberry extracts appear to be able to protect veins and arteries from oxidative stress damage. 

Recommended daily intake

Adults: 2 pipettes of product (1/4 teaspoon) in water, 1 (maintenance) to 3 (intensive) times a day.
