Iron is an essential mineral that performs many important functions in the human body. It is necessary for the formation of blood and forms part of red blood cells, where it can bind oxygen to transport it to tissues and cells. A lack of this would lead to fatigue. Iron is also important for cognitive function, cell division and immunity.
Dosage
Adults and children aged 12 and over: 1 capsule a day or as recommended.
Warning: Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep out of reach of children.
