What's it all about?

Glutathione is a protein naturally produced by the body that plays a key role. 

• Reduced glutathione is the major antioxidant in cells. It has a powerful capacity to combat the damage caused by oxidative stress, which is at the root of much cell damage.
• It plays a major role in the body's defense system, helping to eliminate numerous waste products and toxic compounds.
• It helps combat premature ageing and prevents certain pathologies or their complications (diabetes, atherosclerosis, cholesterol, eye complications...).
• It contains sulfur, which can bind with heavy metals to excrete them from the body.

Recommended dose for adults and children over 12 years of age

1 to 3 capsules per day.

Note

Vitamin C enhances its absorption and effects. It's a good idea to combine it with glutathione. Certain trace elements can reinforce its protective role, such as glutamine, zinc, copper, manganese, iron and selenium.

Only reduced glutathione (GSH) is biologically active in the body, which is the case with this product.
