What is it all about? 

The intestinal cleansing suggested by Dr Clark is suitable for :

• eliminate pathogenic bacteria from the digestive system,
• restore better gastric acidity,
• helps eliminate toxins in the intestines,
• cleanse the intestinal environment (modify the terrain).

Dr. Clark reports in his books on the effectiveness of this protocol in eliminating Salmonella, Shigella, Clostridium, Campylobacter and Escherichia coli infections. Other bacteria are also removed from the digestive tract, as are parasites, thanks to the green black walnut brou brou.

When to follow the intestinal cleansing? 

Intestinal cleansing can take place before internal cleansing cures (first) or last (after liver cleansing). The choice depends on your particular situation. Here are some guidelines:

1. Start with the anti-parasite cure if you don't suffer from intestinal problems (no particular digestive discomfort), or would like to target parasite elimination more specifically.
2. In the case of regular intestinal problems, such as constipation or diarrhea, bloating, flatulence, gas, irritation of the walls, pain (colic), and more generally if you suffer from problems linked to irritable bowel syndrome, start with intestinal cleansing. Alongside the removal of pathogens, this protocol removes waste stored in the intestines, creating an ideal breeding ground for their development, which the anti-parasite program does not. Intestinal cleansing can also reinforce the anti-parasite work that follows.

Duration 

The duration of intestinal cleansing depends on the terrain. We recommend 3 weeks in order to work in depth, as Dr. Clark indicates for getting rid of major bacterial infections.
